Hey Bill,
Sweet guitar!
Is your terrapin on the sticker playing an Alembic as well? That logo on his lefty seems familiar (grin).

P.S. cool tye-dye

The tye-dye was my lovely wife Tina's idea so I hereby give credit to her.  As for the turtle, I believe, alas, it is a Rickenbacher he is playing, but he assures me he is saving his clams as he knows he will have to shell out a lot for an Alembic.   Oh cod, did I really write that?  I should stop telling tales, sounds kind of fishy, don't it.

The guitar plays wonderfully.  Great action and each individual string is clear and present, especially the lower strings.  It balances well and weighs about the same as my Strat.

Bill, the guitar one

Bill,

Beautiful guitar! I've always loved bird's eye for guitars. Don't seem to see it too often, though. The Electrum is quite a looker and, as most women love to hear, she doesn't look anywhere close to her age!

Regards,

Jonathan

Bill (tgo),

Thanks for the pictures.  Beautiful guitar.

Enjoy

P.S.  Don't worry about sounding fishy...  As long as you're working for scale....
