Can anyone reccoment a good Dead concert dvd in which Phil is playing his Alembic? A local music store is going out of buisness, so I'm going to head down there sometime soon and stock up on dvd's. I like the Dead alot, but I really want a dvd that shows Phil playing that monster Alembic of his  thanks in advance!

but make sure you get the reissue not the original....
the copenhagen show from 72 - i doubt you cvan get this...
i dont think the vault series are alembics..
and radio city was a faux tribute doug irwin...
dont think truckin up to buffalo is an alembic- but its a fine show....

Phil plays both the Godfather and the Osage Alembic on Winterland.  Interesting to hear each recorded in the same venue, same board, etc.
