I did a bad, bad thing.
« on: March 15, 2007, 03:16:12 PM »
So I had to go to Guitar Showcase today to pickup a Sansamp Bass DI for a client and order a P-Bass for a friend.

I'm sitting in Dan's office while he's on the phone with Fender to get this P-Bass for my buddy.

Dan always has a few intersting guitars hanging on his wall.  (Includung an All Koa, Custom Made Taylor that has never once been played)  I digress.  I'm peering to to see what he's got in their today.  And what do my wondering eyes see?

I'm certain that my amusement will lead to my wife's bemusement.

I'll post a picture of the actual guitar later on.

Doc:

Congrats!  I hope you'll have it by the get together on the 31st, or at least be able to liberate it from layaway jail and take it out for a spin for a few hours.  I love the old ones (and the new ones, too).

Doc,

The worst part was giving me the hope that I'd find a nice Series instrument for under $3000.

Not right, I say.

Congrats to both of you, I guess, even if I'm bitter.
