I changed my work so I also wanted to change my e-mail account on the forum. This caused my account to be locked. I tried to send an e-mail to Alembic through a form on your web site, or to a various e-mail addresses (like e.g. help at alembic.com) but no one has responded. I had to get yet another e-mail address and registered once again as another user. Have you got any of my e-mails?
And the questions were about Essence problems (I posted the questions now in the Troubleshooting section).
