I'd say your technique would exceptional when set against the bass players I've known personally.  For what my opinion is worth (and admittedly it's not much), I would say that it would be cool to add some really low key stuff to offset the really intense stuff.  Some measures of longer sustained notes might help emphasize when you break into a intense fast run of notes.  But, that's just a matter of taste, and mine is admittedly poor.

Listening at low volume, the drum track seems to remain the same throughout, which kind of emphasizes that the beat goes on and on, for ten minutes. Audiences will appreciate variation!

Excellent chops, but I guess I could name one or two of your bass heroes. Keep working at it, and set out to find more of your own stuff.

Nice tapping!  I remember having watched your previous videos as the lamp and the peavy speaker look familiar.

I appreciate your comments. Thank You for the input, but one comment didn't make sense. Everyone has their roots. I could listen to each and every musician on this forum, and be able to honestly tell you, that you sound like someone, because we all have our influence. I don't believe I sound like anyone short of myself. As I do have influence from other musicians, I also have my own sound. But I appreciate the opinion's of everyone. The drum machine is boring, I admit. But it serves it's purpose. hahaha

can i make a suggestion? don't use words like crazy (or craziest) and insane to describe your own playing.

I sometimes think that I sound most like Larry Pringle.  He was the guy who lived two blocks down from me in the small town I grew up in, and one of the only people I could find who gave guitar lessons.  He played bluegrass, and I wanted to play Metallica.  I still play bluegrass, but little Metallica.

Everyone has their own influences, but I've also seen some people who could learn from and surpass their teachers.  In the end I think a lot of us are striving for a completely unique voice.
