Have any of you heard about, played, thought about, listened to, or encountered in some other fashion, this speaker?

I'm considering it for duty above 500hz-800hz in a cabinet with one 15 and two 10.

Thanks
Dan

Looking at the specs only, I would guess these would be a good partner for a 15. Your cab should be divided keeping the 15 in a separate chamber tuned to the lows. Otherwise the lows will influence the motion of the 10s and cause distortion. US Speaker can give you build specs if you are considering making your own cab. Good luck

I would definitely use either box plot or another program to calculate things. Port tuning is a simple process using impedance curves.

The great thing about using a 15 and 10s is that you do not need to tune the 10 portion of the cab for anything lower than about 500hz, making it rather small compared to a normal 10s cabinet.

I'm still thinking about some JBL K-110s but at $200 each plus shipping for good ones (If you can find them) it's been a slow process. I've talked to folks with the Hartke aluminum 10 drivers who have not been overjoyed.
