I am looking for a short scale with a 1.5 inch nut. Weight is also a concern.
I play a Gibson Les Paul recording bass that weighs 10 to 11 pounds.
Since my age is beginning to reduce my ability to enjoy playing for 4 hours or so with a heavy guitar, I am also looking for less weight.
I have wanted to buy an Alembic since the seventies(30 years ago already?) but have just recently become able to swing it financially.
I prefer to buy used but not abused to help limit my capital outlay. I have a Paypal account and an Ebay rating of 100%(39 transactions).
