I don't think they have, jonno. The reason, from what I understand, is that the curvature of the bridge is made to match the curvature of the fingerboard and raising or lowering one string relative to the height of the pickup would throw the relative volume of that string out of whack. I believe this is laid out in the FAQ section of this site in a far more articulate way than I'm capable of at 11 a.m. on a Sunday.

Yea I totally understand the engineering behind it so all strings should be about the same height off the fretboard and following the radius BUT my G and B are definitely lower than the rest and it doesn't seem that my saddles exactly match the radius of the fret board..Saddles seem to have more radius cut into the slots than the fretboard..
I would like to either raise just the B and G strings a hair or lower the E A & D strings..
