Seeking short-scale, small-body Alembic Series I or II. Prefer pre-78 with mahogany body core and all original parts. Well-played basses are fine, and top and back woods don't make much difference to me, though a nice slab of cocobolo would be nice. Stanley Clarke Standard and Deluxe models will also be considered. Hoping to spend about $1,500 but willing to dicker for the right bass. Located near Albany, NY.
