This guitar is in beautiful shape with no nicks or scratches to the wood at all. There is one very small scratch on the bridge pickup that was there when I bought it. It tunes and plays perfectly. The bridge could use polishing but that's it! The case included fits the body nicely but is loose at the head, so I don't think it's an original Alembic case. It is a nice hard case though. I am just looking to get back my money, not trying to make any here, so my asking price is $1500 + shipping.
