For my sisters & brothers in Europe: Here's a chance to get a nice 5 String EPIC without any hassle for customs and tax. This EPIC is located in Germany, near Cologne. It's #11 from a 40 basses custom build run from 1997. It features a smaller customized body shape with less weight than a standard EPIC and comes with a beautifully figured AAA quilted maple top and matching headstock.  

 

 

 

  From the Alembic build record:   - 1997 5 string long scale Epic bass  - Quilted AAA maple top  - mahogany body  - purpleheart accent  - ebony fretboard  - maple neck  - brass hardware  - brass backplates  - engraved brass truss rod cover 11 of 40 (special limited run for Guitar Center)  - Completed 07/22/97   Original Alembic hardcase included which has seen some stage wear but is still working fine. 1800 Euro fix + shipping.   I am not looking into the board each day.
