As bad as I hate to do this, I've got to let go of a wonderful Essence that I bought from Danno on the Alembic Club a couple of years ago. I'm also listing on eBay because I need a quick sale as the house I'm leasing is being sold and moving costs ain't cheap these days. The BIN price on fleabay is $2,800 but I'll let 'er go for $2,600 here. Please holla' if you have questions. Zeke

Thanks to both of you. I'm glad to know that those are called transversal pickups. At the risk of high jacking my own thread, does anyone know of other Alembics that were built with the transversal pickup design? I'm adding a few more pictures for your drooling pleasure. (All Alembics make me drool.)
