Anyone ever heard of/know anything about this company?  I somehow doubt that Alembic joined forces with a flute playing half man/half goat and together they made Tele copies.  To paraphrase an old series of N.Y. TV commercials:  Hey Jerry, what's the story?

Japanese-made guitars with Alembic guts marketed during the '70s, IIRC.

The really didn't have Alembic guts. The story is they sent us a guitar and asked us how it could be improved. We sent it back with a list of suggestions, most of which were not incorporated in their instruments. There was no relationship between the companies, and we invited them to stop using our name. Kinda weird!
