That guitar has been on that site for sale for a few years.
 
I got my Sf-2 from the guy. He is the UK Alembic Distributor.

Does anyone know what kind of electronics are on this guitar? $1.97 to 1 Pound!  They should change the name from Pound to Kilo!

Looks like VOL/PAN/Q/with a 3 position Pickup Selector.

A pan AND a selector switch?  My money is on selector/vol/vol/filter/Q.
