I know a couple guys on here like these.  I can't find any 'comps' as they say- is this a reasonable price?

That is what I paid for the 2002 model I had five or six years ago. The CL bass is circa 1980. I exchanged e-mails with the seller last year, when he previously had it on the market. I think it has the deluxe electronics with parametric EQ but can't remember. Nice basses. Much like a Series instrument, but earthier than the stratospheric Alembic sound.

Hi Jack,
Go forward !

I own 80's Turner basses.
These sounds are clear and warm on EQ sw off.
But you can get Wow-wow sounds on EQ sw on.
Piezo PU is not available at that time. (needs some extra work, if you want it.)
Medium scale neck is narrow as Alembic's classic fingerboard taper.
Zero fret and adjustable bridge are different point from current model.

$2000 is good price that I think.
