Here's a couple of revisions of the lower Kokopelli. The first one is a little wider, and has closer to the stance of the one you liked:

  This one is a little more hunched over:

  Let me know which has more of the "feel" of what you're looking for, and I can start the final art and material mockup.

You also wanted to see the upper horn area, (mostly) cleared of sanding dust:

I'm afraid it's not quite got the sealer coats yet. Still needs to get the holes drilled for the electronics.

OK, so how did you manage to decide which wood goes on front and which on back?  That is some seriously spectacular grain, all the way around!

It was a very tough decision. When you see the top with some finish you'll see why I chose this piece for the top. -Michael

For tonight I've only got the back for you:

I couldn't swing around to the front since everything was still wet in the drying room. I'll try and snag a shot of the front for you tomorrow.
