All kidding aside, this is my first serious statement in your thread because I love your sense of humor.
 
But in all honesty I think the tailpiece is the only and the best one that could fit here. And I agree with you, the lines or curves I should say are such that if when Alembic sets it, if it has to be a little bit off, it will show the least amount if any. But I'm sure that is the least of your worries.

By the way, I didn't notice the ebony. Pretty cool.
