On another note, will this come with a rack mount power supply? I

All Series I and II instruments come with a rackmounted power supply, 5-pin cable and 2 jumper cords unless you specifically say you don't need 'em.

I need them and rack mount is perfect.

Mike (Pace) - this one has two ebony laminates, yours had three.

Adriaan is right Mike, my neck is just the opposite of yours. I ordered the neck this way, I assume they cut it fresh.

Thanks George. The main reason for the ebony lams was to add a little growl and sustain to sound, not to mention it looks cool.

Yessuh, it is indeed both really cool-looking AND awesome sounding... and with that killer coco bolo top and Series electronics, it should be a pretty formidable and impressive combo!

After I spoke with Susan I decided against the pistol grip. I have a 3/4 Mk now and it really fits my body well and hangs good via the strap.
Of course this S-2 will have a thicker body so it'll probably be a little heavier.
