Paul's right.  There hasn't been any good moderating around here in a long time.  Go for it Hendrick let's see that beauty in all of her glory!

Sam

palembic

Aaaaah ...Sam those moderators ....they don't make them anymore as they used to.

I guess they're to busy being creative and productive.

Alright, I post to more pics of the first to basses I ever made. The pics are quiet small so the moderators can finish Dave's bass ASAP

Oh yeah, the tape on the second one is actually a stencil (my dictionary told me) for the cocobolo pickguard I'm building right now.

1996 Fender Jazz (4-string, Sunburst, Anniversary Issue, active electronics)

Ellery (Lowlife)

Other than my lovely Alembics, I pound out the grooves with this unique Sadowsky I built when I worked there. Flame maple fingerboard, quilt top, vol. vol. tone. bass, treble controls, recessed strap buttons and about 7.5 lbs.  I love this bass, but it doesn't sound like an Alembic!!!

sorry, my image got dumped. 221k was too much. How do you post photos, especially if they are over 150k?

You just have to resize them a bit (measurements and/or quality) in Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or any other drawing / picture editor programme you may have on your computer until they're 150k or less. With MS Paint (standard Windows application) you can only change the measurements, but because you're almost there with 221k it might already do the trick.

Good luck!

I've also had a problem with double posts. I forgot to mention that I also have a StickBass w/ midi and a Prototype Ovation 4 str acous/elect bass in black w/ fine flakes
