I've been a lurker here for many years and finally decided to register just in case i wanted to add my commentary.
 
Past (alembic) basses:
97 Fretless essence
97 Europa 5-string (which i think is currently the topic of this topic:  )
84 exploiter
 
Current basses
'99 Martin B1 ABG
84 stienberger XL-2
'76 Alembic series I fretless
'77 Alembic series I fretted (thanks to manfred)
'97 Alembic series II fretted 5 string

Hi tim and welcome to the club. That's a fine collection you have, I really love the look of the older basses, hmm might have to start looking around again;-)

If I'm not mistaken the fretless Series I looks like the one Bunny Bass was selling a couple of years back. A long scale that used to belong to Steve Fossen? I didn't have the cash at the time or I'd have gone for it.
