Title: Permission to come aboard

I'm new to this forum and have been watching from the sidelines for a couple days now.
I've been a proud owner of an Alembic Spoiler (5-string) with a beautiful quilted maple top, for over 20 years now.
I love my bass.
While my focus has shifted to more guitar lately, I still enjoy playing my Alembic to work out bass lines and give myself a challenging workout now and again.
I never new this forum even existed and hope you'll accept me as one of your own.
I'll get some pictures up as soon as I can, probably later today.

Welcome aboard! I have found a wealth of knowledge and entertainment here over the last year. It's a great group of people living in this cyberspace and I'm glad to be a part of the community myself.

Welcome- I think you'll find this to be a friendly and incredibly helpful group. I lurked for several years before making my first post- I've learned TONS of great stuff from the people who post here.
