On sale for $200 in my area. No idea about a serial number.

Any help with this would be great. I'm trying to figure out what the heck this is and if it's worth buying. I examined it myself and couldn't find a single distinguishing mark other than that little Alpha Omega graphic.

John,  Welcome to the Alembic forum.  As indicated in this thread (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=17551) in our Miscellaneous section the bass is not an Alembic instrument. Hope this helps.  Art

thank you so much. it got moved and i couldn't find it. Thanks! good thing i didn't buy it. Maybe one day i'l get the redeal.

Definitely worth waiting and wanting.  There are lots of nice basses that pass through our  section.
