This is my first Alembic.
I bought this Distillate in 1981.
And this bass is the best for me over the years.

Can anyone tell me what type of wood this is? I have one I am thinking about selling, it is just like this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This Distillate bass has a Zebrawood top.

This is a solid bass, it has all the same wood. I thought it might be Vermillion, serial # is 81 0325. I am trying to find any info on this so I can sell it, I am having trouble....
-
I found some info from Japan, you are right, zebrawood. It is so pretty...
