Mica, What a mystery, we all think the wood on the top laminate on my Epic may be Bubinga, my wood card shows it to be bocate please check your records or get a third or forth opinion. the bass was completed on 4/8/97 the serial number is 97W10674. if it is Bubinga could I get a new wood card to show that. the bass has never been registred to me, I bought it on 5-24-01 , I am the second owner I think.
