Hello Graeme,
Very nice quilt! I'm going to have to think long and hard about a fiver, and what top I'd like. Yours is certainly a beautiful example.

Excellent! Beautiful bass, that's why it's called an Epic.

Yeah, I was really lucky the bass centre in birmingham had this one in stock when I was looking for a five string. She's so attractive I can't walk past without picking 'her' up. I've been thinking long and hard about a fretless 5 to join the stable but approval has to come from mrs J ;-(

Cheers Guys, i find havng an Alembic sitting around the house very inspiring - quite often means I'm 10 or 15 minutes late leaving the house in the mornings ;-)

george, we really need to sort out an Alembic playing day - I can't wait to try out your series.

But it's a 4 string, with light gauge strings!
That wouldn't suit you----or would it??
Just for a trial at least.

Graeme
E-Mail me or phone me on 01324 829147.
The strings on the Series are quite new, so you'll be able to get some idea of what she sounds like, but obviously, it will need to be through your rig.
