Its got an awesome sound, like theese expencive basses all have, i think. Mica told me this is an: Mahogany with Epic and MXY-pups, 97OW10985 OLB5 Orion Bass.

Anyone know how i can get the wear "away"? The head also got some wear and the edges... :-(

And finally the back - who had an BIG ding that now is just 3mm deep(was 7mm, but i used water....)

Bu the way: This beauty has got brand new La Belles! (Hard Rock..something), good stuff! WOW - hope this was not to much for ya! ...and happy holidays 4 all!

Nice bass!! The grain on the top wood is very nice. The main body, the back, is indeed Mahogany. The top with the nice grain, as Mica mentioned in your serial number thread (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=5992), is Wenge. Enjoy!

I usually don't care much about the Orion bodyshape, but you got a tremendously beatiful bass. Gorgeous graining on that Wood Top, congratulations!
