Nothing sounds like a Series bass, but this one comes very close, and weighs a lot less! This bass and her 4 string sister are my primary live basses.

These are without a doubt the most gorgeous specimans of this type of wood that I've ever seen! Absolutely stunning!

I like the body shape as well, reminds me of my pre -Gibson Tobias Basic 6.

Steve, Do your basses have any amber tint in the finish or are they natural and my monitor is off? Either way, I'm amazed again and again at Mother Natures' handiwork!
