Yo Todd,
Very, Very beautiful shorties you got there my man! They must sound magnificent as well as play like butter!
Kudos!

Todd ,
That is a very nice family of fine instruments . All in the beauty and splendour of such gorgeous wood. The spirits of the trees must be happy that they live on to play beautiful music. Good fortune for all . Those shorties must play as good as they look.

Each of the basses is an extraordinary player - low action, consistent tone up and down the neck and very fast. Left out my Koa 82 long scale series 1, my 59 anodized P Bass, and a few others, but the natural wood finishes belong together! Thanks, Todd

82 Koa series full restoration by the mothership!

The top on the '82 looks very nice!

Thanks Dave - matched flamed Koa (a rarity) is better in person than the picture shows- you just want to pick it up and than the lightweight is the first thing that hits you followed by the perfect low action.
