No idea of the George Howard's bassist in the 1980's
maybe you can tell me from this pic and you tube clip
 
Looks like he is using an alembic but not sure what model, headstock looks Elan, but the upper horn seems more curled unlike an elan. Any idea's?

It's hard to tell from the video; but if it's an Alembic, then I'm thinking a Vector Persuader with a Maple top and AXYs.
