Title: Alembic Exchanges across the Pond

Calling Jazzyvee as the expert in 'trans-Atlantic' Alembic matters.
Two lefty Alembicists have discovered an interest in each others MKs.  One is in Mississppi, one is in London England.  What's the best way to facilitate an exchange without huge airfares/VAT bills?
