Many of you may know Beaver from his bass instructional video series SuperChops

Here's a clip of the man himself demonstrating his SuperChops on his Series I short scale bass. The  Band is Shut Up and Drive, song is Bang a Gong

I've played that very bass a number of times.  It was the inspiration for my path toward owning an Alembic.  Granted, it was 20 years ago...  Beaver and I are friends and both grew up in Savannah.

A bassist of immense talent, and his technique is something to behold.
And, a damn fine businessman as well; hard to believe it's been almost 10 years since we spoke (several times) on that fateful day in November, 2003, when Mr. Felton made me a deal I could not refuse, and sent a shiny new Triple O to my doorstep.
Your talent both on & off stage is much appreciated, sir, keep up the good work....

I can vouch for Beaver, as well. He paved the way for a great deal on my MK Sig Dlx, Mary. A super-nice guy to work with.
