I rush ordered an extra-long scale set of strings for your bass, should be here any day now. The strings you provided weren't long enough for the tailpiece design (I shoulda thought of that!). I'll return the long scale strings to you when we send the bass.  
 
As soon as the new strings are here, we can ship your bass.
