hi mica! mille gracie for info. baby is shipped to me tomorrow from germany...one wondering: what?s custom about the fingerboard? is it thicker or thinner than standard? thanx thanx thanx from an old bassplayer that has gotten NEW life by playing Alembic!
-
It's both. The fingerboard is narrower than standard at the nut and wider than standard at the 24th fret. Glad to hear you're enjoying your Alembics.

my bass has arrived and i?m so happy! there are great differences between the epic and the elan i think....in many ways...but I like them both! the switch on the Elan really makes things happen to the sound! one Q: can you upgrade the Elan with Europe electronics? have what?s needed sent to Sweden to enable local tech to install? thanx from Sweden!
