Here's what I found in the instrument file:
 
top and back: Koa
body: Mahogany
neck: Purpleheart, 34 long scale
fingerboard: Ebony, mother of pearl oval inlays
peghead veneers: Vermilion
pickups: SC-1 with HX
electronics: PF-6 (Series I/II not recorded)
birthday: June 7, 1979
originally made for: Hi Fi Center
 
note from my dad in the file: hand delivered at Summer NAMM Show, Atlanta
