I just purchased a 1984 Spoiler.  What history do you have on this bass?  Thanks.  Pat

Here's what I found in the instrument file for your Spoiler bass:
 
top: Bubinga
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple, 32 medium scale
fingerboard: Eboany with pearloid oval inlays
pickups: AXY
controls: volume, filter, Q-switch, 4-position rotary pickup selector switch, mono output
birthday: July 9, 1984
originally made for: Zapf's Music, PA
