Hi Bill,
 
Here's the details for yoru fretless:
 
top: Figured Walnut
accent: none recorded
body: Maple  
through body neck: 3-piece Maple, 34 long scale
peghead shape: Elan inline
body shape: Elan
fingerboard: Ebony, fretless unlined
controls: 2 Act with Q (so probably 2 volumes, 2 filter with Q)
birthday: sorry, not recorded, but likely late November or early December 1988
