Daniel,
interesting additional information:
this bass with 80-1745 is very close in the row with John Entwistles famous V-head Spyder with 80-1742 and the Flying V Bass with 80-1743.......

Daniel, there is nothing wrong with the bass if that's what you're getting at from your statement. The guy I bought it from was'nt that thrilled with it because he could'nt slap/pluck on it comfortably due to the p/up selector and location of the neck p/up. My reason for selling was to pay for my S2. If I could've afforded to keep them both I would. Believe me as I would love to have that bass back!!

I just wanted to see if anything had been broken and repaired at some point. Wow, Oliver that is a very nice piece of information.
