Here's what I found in the instrument file:
 
94U8728 UXB5 Europa bass
 
top: 1/2 thick plain Maple
no accent laminate
body: Mahogany
through body neck: 7-piece Maple and Purpleheart, 35 extra-long scale
fingerboard: Ebony with pearloid oval inlays, custom size 1.75 x 2.75
finish: Arctic White
hardware: blackened brass, including logo
birthday: December 9, 1994
originally made for: Gelb Music
 
Now, it doesn't have a customer's name on the work order, but this just has to have been made for a specific person.
