It's an Orion 5 with a birdseye maple top.
It'd be cool to know what the main body and accent laminate woods are, and if it has any history to it.

fingerboard: Ebony

birthday: April 24, 1997
originally made for: Select Guitars
 
The B in the serial number indicates the number was mistakenly duplicated.
