q-switch off and filter max for to have sound,
q-switch on then I have a beep sound

Sometimes a weak battery can produce odd results.
Make sure you have a good/ new battery.
When does the 'plop' sound occur?
Is it under repeatable conditions or random?
-
My Rogue makes a loud click when engaging the treble boost switch. Mica showed a solution to this specific issue in another thread, but it doesn't looks to be the same problem described here.

battery is new and has on different amplifiers, it is rather random
I think part 475-021 20 9631 is faulty
Do I need a new print ordering
how do I order
Thanks for the comment

Because it's random, first try cleaning the filter pot by rotating back and forth many time, perhaps as many as 50. Make sure to get to the stop at each end.
Was the bass stored for a length of time or the filter pot not used in a while?
If you need to order the pot, send me an email and I will help you with the details. But try to clean by rotating first, because you might not need to do anything else.

thanks again for the comment
the bass is used daily.
there are 2 problems, plop sound (broken diode ?) and beep sound defective fitter pot, the filter pot hangs down to the circuit board
E mail did I had already a few months back already , but got no response #650 en #707

Do try Mica's suggestion of rotating the pot back and forth through it's complete length of travel 50 times. This tends to solve lots of problems.
What do you mean when you say that the filter pot hangs down to the circuit board? Is the filter securely fastened to the body? The filter must be tight against the shielding on the inside of the control cavity so that it has a good connection to ground.

Hi Brian; Mica and the folks in the shop have had a lot of unexpected events fill their days recently, and there just aren't enough hours in the day to keep up with everything that shows up. Thanks for posting this reminder; Mica will probably see your post, and look back through her email. If you don't hear from her soon, try sending your message to her again.
