I am the new owner of 83S2867.  Can some one please tell me what is this baby's history and who were the previous owners?

Here's what I found in the instrument's file:
 
SMB4 Spoiler 4-string bass
top: Zebrawood
body: Mahogany
neck: 3-piece Maple
scale: 32 medium
fingerboard: Ebony
(some note about pearl on fingerboard, but usually these were plastic Pearloid inlays)
birthday: September 12, 1983
originally made for: Sam Ash
 
Owner history is held strictly confidential. The only thing I can reveal is the general location of a previous owner. However, this bass has had no registered owners.
