Hi,
I recently bought this bass (second-hand).
It is an Epic 4, apparently from '93.
I would be happy to receive any additional information on this bass (if available).
In addition, I think the setup of this bass is far from perfect. I may post some pictures of it to get some advice on what I should be do about the bass (although I believe that I need to do that in another forum?).
Thank you very much in advance.

Congratulations on the new bass. Here is a link (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=311) to Joey's post on setup procedures. Many folks here have used it with great success.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the info. I will be trying that.
However, now I come to think of it.... the (adjusting) tools etc. did not come with the bass. Will need to figure out how I to get the necessary equipment.

Congratulations on your new Epic. You'll need inch-sized tools, so that can be a bit of a problem - the millimeter sizes can really damage the the bolts and nuts.

Hi Erwin,
Here's the details I found in the instrument file:

There's no record of previous registrations or repairs for this bass. Have fun!
