First Alembic- a beauty...  Seeking info, build sheet etc.  Would like to know some of its history.

top: Flame Maple
accent: Purpleheart pinstripe
body: Maple
neck: 5-piece Maple with 4 Walnut pinstripes
scale: 34 (long)
fingerboard: Ebony
pickups: Alembic MXY56
controls: Essence volume, pan, filter, mono output
birthday: November 23, 1994
originally made for: Guitar Center, Chicago
 
Original owner purchased on May 23, 1995 and lived in Michigan.
