Not much to report, Kenn. Just a 3x5 card with:
 
MSB 76-450
top: Koa
body: Mahogany
back: Koa
neck: Maple and Walnut (probably 5-piece)
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Abalone
peghead veneers: Bocate
originally made for: Rothchild
birthday: July 22, 1976
