Hi Mica,
In 1989, I bought a 75 series one bass, could you let me know what you have on file? The serial no. is 75-544.

Welcome to the club. That seems to be a 1976 serial number, possibly built in November of '76. Please, post pics before everyone starts banging beer bottles. You will come to understand about that, I'm sure

The finger board looks like it might be Rosewood.

Hi David,
Here's that the file says:
top: Walnut
body: Mahogany
back: Walnut
neck: Maple, Purpleheart and Beech
scale: 30.75 short
fingerboard: Padouk (Vermilion)
inlays: mother of pearl
originally made for: Rothchild Musical Instruments
birthday: November 10, 1976
Sent in for repair in 1981. We made a new string nut for it, set it up, and repaired the customer's F-2B at the same time.
