Please provide a build record.  This is a Series II 3-Omega Cutout 4-string.  This is supposedly the number that is stamped on the brass plate above the neck pickup.  Thanks.

No info on the build, but the birthday is most likely a very late April, 2002. (02Q12785 was born on 4/25/2002)
