Might as well see if there is any interesting history...
 
It is set up as volume, volume, tone.  Looked inside- everything looks right to me.

I don't have any info on the build (Mica may be along with that at some point), but I can contribute that the birthday is most likely 3/4/1986, give or take a few days. That's based on instruments with serial numbers close to yours.
