This is my first Alembic!  Curious as to any history with this bass.  I picked it up from Bass Northwest a few months ago.

ps: please be patient with the request, it takes time for Mica to research each of these along with her many other responsibilities. They are done in the order received and get posted once the written record card is deciphered ;)

At some point in the past, this instrument was reported stolen, at least it is listed as such in Flip's reference table. If this is the case, I'm glad the bass has resurfaced, it already seems to have some mojo at age eleven

yes, Flip, it was mentioned in a post scriptum of Bob's post (third from above) in a thread about Flitz Metal Polish (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=4015)... whuwuff thought that ?

Will be adding some more pics to the showcase soon, guts out (was a throrough cleaning!) and my own markings -My personal anagram, name and ID card number- drawn within the bridge pickup cavity, just in case. I definitely am NOT planning to part with him in the future!.

   I don't own a camera or even a phone with a camera so this is all I have at the moment.
