Hi Joel; welcome to the board?  Is the first 0 in the serial number perhaps actually a U , as 92U7032?  The U would denote Europa; 7032 would place it squrely in the middle of 1992 (which is the 92 in the SN), you say it's a Europa body, and the controls sound like Europa electronics (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=238) - which are actually vol. pan, & low-pass filter frequency selection for the knobs, while the switches are treble cut/flat/boost, bass cut/flat/boost, and Q (a boost at the roll-off frequency selected by the filter knob).  All of which is to say, it sounds like a 1992 Europa.  If you can post some pictures, we can get a better idea, including some educated guesswork as to the woods (and besides, we like to look at Alembics....)  Mica does these look-ups when she can (she has about 1,000,001 actual jobs to do, so it can take a while) and will no doubt eventually post the actual build record for your bass.

Peter

Welcome to the club!

That's a Europa, they seem to use the bar tailpiece a lot on 6 stringers. (maybe a bird wouldn't fit?)

Looks like a flame Walnut top/Maple accent, Mahogany body and 11 piece Maple/Purpleheart neck.
Most likely completed late January or early/mid February of 1992
