Title: (x) AC 76 405
Post by: dela217 on July 08, 2011, 05:43:32 PM
Any info on his bass?  It's at Bassnw for sale. The salesman told me it was AC 76 405. But I suspect that it could be also listed as 76AC405.

Thanks
Michael

Nick has this bass for sale (http://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=13208) now, and here's the details I was able to find out about it:

serial number: 76AC405
model name: Series II
model number: SBII4
top: Zebrawood
body: Maple and Walnut
back: Zebrawood
neck: 5-piece Maple and Walnut
scale: 30.75 short
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Abalone
peghead veneers: Zebrawood
originally made for: Will Gunn
birthday: May 20, 1976

There's some other details in the link above that are not included in the file. It's funny, even though this bass was finished the day before my 6th birthday, I remember that inlay very well.
